Over Thirty Years of Experience

       MBC Management has been in the residential real estate business since 1984. We own over 100 high-end duplexes, condos, and single-family homes, ranging from $990 to $2,600 per month and spread across Springfield, Chatham, and Sherman. School districts include Chatham, Rochester, Pleasant Plains, New Berlin, Williamsville, and District 186. 

       The minimum lease is one year, but feel free to contact us about our short-term lease policy.

We allow most pets for an addition to the security deposit. Many of our yards are fenced in.

      We provide lawn care for our duplexes. Most units also include a security system through George Alarm. We pride ourselves in quick maintenance response with a full-time maintenance team and 24-hour emergency service.

       All of our properties include a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and central air, and there are washer and dryer hookups in all of our rentals. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
